Bigelow Tea

1. The blog was originally created to be identical to the packaging for the first tea that Ruth Campbell Bigelow created in her kitchen, Constant Comment.  After the Bigelow Tea website was updated, though, we then updated the look of the blog with a header and tool bar that syncs with the website.  The blog is filled with content supported by Creative Concepts featuring wellness studies, celebrity news, recipes and more.

2. The Facebook page has become an important channel for Bigelow Tea to reach their customer.  We have built the fan page to have a similar look and feel to the website with many opportunities to read about the history of the company, learn about tea related heatlh studies, find recipes, enter sweepstakes, receive free samples and of course shop for Bigelow Tea.  Content and conversations rule on Facebook and Creative Concepts helps to support Bigelow Tea’s efforts here as well.

3. Creative Concepts helps to support the Bigelow Tea twitter channel.  We branded the page and have provided, in partnership with Bigelow Tea, content to share with the followers, but we also built this online community through answering questions and talking directly with this passionate tea community. 4. The Bigelow Tea family wants to reach every Bigelow supporter during the holidays and there is no better way than an interactive eCard sent out to the ever growing email database.  Flickering candles and falling snowflakes bring the holiday warmth online while still being able to share the card with a friend and print the recipes.

5.  Sending out press releases featuring new products and/or the latest Bigelow Tea news to interested media is a constant mission for Bigelow Tea.  While a simple press release was reaching some of the media, we felt it was important to reach everyone so we created this visually appealing branded press release.  Not only does the release capture more attention now, but we can better track the media who open this document while taking note of those are not interested in receiving press from Bigelow Tea.  To see more Bigelow Tea press releases, please visit our News section.

6. Cindi Bigelow has been the face of Bigelow Tea with the fun and educational videos that feature construction workers, making the perfect cup of tea, Wally the Green Monster and more.
